holiday Monday 27/05/24 was the first of this summers Dance Curious
Mambalsa event and we got the project off to a great start!
Over
thirty volunteer participants filled Salsa Soho to shake down my
presentation of Dance Curious. This event is part dance class and part
well-being psychology group.
We danced, laughed, and shared
thoughts and feelings about dance and well-being. The group even got to
the point where they created new Mambalsa moves in a snowball exercise
that builds collaboration and communication. I wonder when was the last
time you've been invited to create new moves in a beginners dance class?
